Choux Puff II or Cream Puff II- NEW!




Learn these cream puffs (Vanilla & Chocolate flavors) and turn them into delicious mouth watering puffs filled with various creams. Learn to pipe into round Cream puff and Eclair shape.

BUNdle of Joy (Adult)



I've always love bread especially buns. This class will be filled with aroma of yeast in the air ;P. You'll learn two methods to make these soft bread dough, one using bread improver and the other using water croux. This is a hands-on workshop with the use of mixer to make the bread dough.
