"I have attended 2 Macaroon classes but I still not able to bake it perfectly, it go watery the moment i pipe it on the tray and when baked it got no feet at all and it cracked too. Shinni class was the 3rd, I was so happy as it got feet the moment I baked after 8 minutes...Shinni do really give lots, lots of tips. 2nd classes I attended was the Tiramisu and Red Velvet Brownies with Cream Cheese, both are so heaven as per my family members....thumbs up Shinni. I wish and look forward to attend another classes with Shinni....."

beautiful piece of art and turn it into a sunflower!! Not forgetting the

I’m always very happy & comfortable to attending your class, by having the class’s size of 8, its perfect!! As compare to some other workshops which I have attended were 15 in a class. Charges are very reasonable; some other workshops are charging $80-100 for cupcake LOL!!
You are patient & passionate teacher to every student of us. I still can recall in one of your class for Chox puff, though the other team failed twice. You allowed them to bake & try again!! Your baking ingredients are always well prepared; unlike once I’ve attended a class, last minute the maid has to run to the market twice to buy ingredient lol!!
I’ve learned & pick up a lot from you & quality side of baking from you. From a normal cupcake, turn to such presentable to others : ) Well Done!! Keep up Shi Fu!! I hope one day I can be like you or your disciple J.. Hope one day you will teach us to make cheesecake or carrot , but of course not your signature tofu cheesecake lah …..
