Q1. Does your classes require prior baking experience?
Ans: Presently, all classes do not require prior baking experience. However, if it does require prior baking experience, i will state it in the workshop details.



Q2. Is your classes conducted in English?
Ans: Yes, all classes are conducted in English; unless stated otherwise!


Q3. Is your classes suitable for vegetarian and Halal?
Ans: Some classes do use gelatine while others not. Thus, it would be good to email to bakincow@yahoo.com.sg for further enquiry. Presently, all our classes are Halal-friendly - we do not use alcohol or pork; unless stated otherwise.


Q4. How do I keep in touch with your new class schedule?
Ans: You can email us to place it on our mailing list, OR you can add our Facebook BakinCow Fanpage - we update new classes on our fanpage too.


Q5. Do you teach Tofu Cheesecakes and American Carrot Cakes?
Ans: I'm sorry to share that i dont teach the two core products i sell on BakinCow.com. And they are tofu cheesecake and American carrot cake. Otherwise, i teach anything that i know.


Q6. Are your classes hands-on or demonstration?
Ans: Classes are hands-on & working in teams; unless stated otherwise in the workshop details.



Q7. How big is your class size at each session?
Ans: Class size is typically up to seven or eight maximum; unless stated otherwise. Smaller class size provides a more conducive learning environment as well as  more intimate guidance from the teacher.


Q8. What are the benefits attending your baking workshops?
Ans: Some of the key benefits are:
  • Small class size for enhanced learning experience; typically maximum 8-9 participants only
  • Close guidance. With small class size, instructor can spend more time with each participant
  • Home setting provide conducive learning environment
  • Using simple home baking equipment & easily available ingredients
  • Bubbly, friendly, accessible & patient instructor, as some participants say  ;P
  • No additional cost to be paid; ingredients costs are included in the course fee already

Q9. Do you conduct private one-to-one lesson? And what's the fee like?
Ans: Yes, i do provide private one-to-one lesson; usually on weekdays. And, as a guide, my fee range from $400 - $800 per lesson, depending on requirements & subjected to time availability.
