BUNdle of JOY



I've always love bread especially buns. This class will be filled with aroma of yeast in the air ;P. You'll learn two methods to make these soft bread dough, one using bread improver and the other using water croux. This is a hands-on workshop with the use of mixer to make the bread dough.


A bonus recipe on scone will also be demonstrated in the class.


SkillLevel: Beginner

Sweet dough:
1) Water Roux method
2) Sweet bun with bread improver

Soft sweet bun & Scone:

1) Mexican Coffee Bun (aka Rotiboy)
2) Hotdog Bun (Use Halal chicken hotdog)
3) Custard Bun
4) Mayo Cheese Stick Bun5) Raisin Scone - this is demo session

This is a hands-on class:
Cost per session = S$90/pax
