I've always love bread especially buns. This class will be filled with aroma of yeast in the air ;P. You'll learn two methods to make these soft bread dough, one using bread improver and the other using water croux. This is a hands-on workshop with the use of mixer to make the bread dough.
A bonus recipe on scone will also be demonstrated in the class.
