Technics and tips of successful chiffon making will be shared. The importance of egg white in chiffon cakes and the difference stages of egg white beating to folding of ingredient together will be shared too. This hands-on workshop allows you to experience and perfect chiffon cake making. Hokkaido cupcake will also be though in this class with cream in the centre of these spongy Hokkaido Cake. Note: This workshop is different from Fond of Chiffon class where new chiffon recipe Banana Yogurt Walnut chiffon and Hokkaido cupcake are thought. The similarity is the Pandan Chiffon cake which is the favorite among Singaporean and ASEAN.
